Provide a JS API to be used in custom forms (in dev ui). This API should be incharged of allowing the communication between the form and the Quarkus Dev UI.
It should provide a basic data-binding strategy (bind the data from the runtime to the form inputs) and provide some hooks to allow user hook it's own logic in certain stages of the form lifcycle.
