Since we intend to bring `jq` expressions support to serverless workflow, we need to make sure that the original jq java library can be compiled on GraalVM.

One approach is to make it a Quarkus Extension. A better one, would contribute to the original library and make the necessary modifications to it to have it work on native compilations.

If a new Quarkus Extension is needed, we can either have it as a Kogito Add-on or to add it directly to Quarkus Core.
