Spring boot process event add-on defined three topic names for event publishing:  kogito-processinstances-events, kogito-usertaskinstances-events and kogito-variables-events.

Contrary to quarkus addon, where these names can be changed though smallrye configuration, in sprinboot there is no way to changes

This Jira will add the possibility to change the name by setting properties
