When updating the Quarkus examples based on the suggestion here to import both the quarkus-bom and the quarkus-kogito-bom (and also documented here there are a couple of example compilation errors (in Serverless Workflow Order Processing and Serverless Workflow Github Showcase PR Checker Workflow) when importing 2.1.2.Final quarkus-kogito-bom.

I've raised a PR which should hopefully reproduce the compilation errors. May be related:- looking at the dep tree there both have deps on an unmanaged 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT version of kogito-addons-quarkus-knative-eventing which appears to be new and only exists for that version on Nexus, I guess maybe we should add that to the quarkus-kogito-bom when it lands in a release.

I am also wondering whether or not for dev environments we should be creating a SNAPSHOT version of the quarkus-kogito-bom.
