Steps to Reproduce:

1. Clone the project from: https://github.com/jgrabowski/threads-problem-reproducer
2. Change input variable visibility in SlowProcess.bpmn from internal to none.
3. Launch project mvn clean compile quarkus:dev
4. Open swagger-ui at http://localhost:10000/q/swagger-ui/#/default/post_SlowProcess

There's an error presented. It's not possible to modify payload in "Try it out" feature.

I've tried it on 1.7.0.Final and 1.10.0.Final

While using multiple instance ArrayList variable, that's not set as "internal" there's an error displayed on swagger ui.
