Move the cloudevents root endpoint to Knative addon

    Description

      Currently the C_loudEvents_ addon also exposes a POST endpoint to the root path meant to receive events to be processed by the Kogito application as JSON payload.

      The goal of this task is to move that endpoint logic to the Knative addon introduced in KOGITO-5424, since it's specifically required for Knative.
