Recently, we had to upgrade the CE SDK to 2.2.0 (KOGITO-5424), thus the interface and features of the SDK were modified slightly. We need to review its usage in this library, mainly in the CloudEventUtils class.

Additionally, we can unify the commons and utils module in kogito-addons-cloudevents. There's no need to have a parent with two micro modules.
