Kogito quarkus test list configuration broken during refactoring

In main branch kogito-quarkust-test-list is broken due to latest refactoring. The module kogito-quarkust-test-list has been moved and this results in invalid path matching in its configuration.

Furthermore any such case in future will cause quarkus-platform CI failures and should be taken great caution.
