Changes in DSL should trigger the seed job automatically

    Description

      When changes are done on DSL, for now, we need to manually call the Jenkins seed job to update the jobs.

      Idea would be that this is automatic.

      The trigger should be set on all Kogito repositories + Optaplanner one
