PR checks: Setup jobs for each managed branch

    Description

      For now PR checks are global to all branches.

      Recent changes showed that it is hard to maintain and modify because some env/config could change in time.

      Idea here is to have PR jobs for each managed branch. Current would be `master`, `1.8.x` and `1.5.x`
