1) data-index-service-infispan starts with no errors
2) I can start my hello world and create a hello world task
3) in the http://localhost:8180/q/graphql-ui if I try to see the task or processes information, nothing is returned
4) if I execute the follwing kafka command

./bin/kafka-console-consumer.sh --bootstrap-server localhost:9092 --topic kogito-usertaskinstances-events --from-beginning

I can see that messages were registered in this topic.

5) I conclude that:
a) the process worked, and the task was created
b) events were stored in the kafka topic
c) but it looks like no information is stored or returned from the the data-index
