Producing a test-list expects our tests to be runnable from test-jars. In some cases the tests might be written in a way that it does not allow for this, having a close dependency on the source location structure (file paths typically).

This results in tests failing and being excluded in kogito-quarkus-test-list configuration, keeping quarkus-platform build stable.

Gradually we should fix the failing tests and make sure we have no test blockers in quarkus-platform.
