Update the consoles quarkus apps

    • 2021 Week 25-27 (from Jun 21), 2021 Week 28-30 (from Jul 12)

    Description

      • Update the consoles quarkus apps to use the new _webapps _
      • Remove the current OIDC integration from the quarkus app and leave the consoles handle the login. (remove mvn deps to quarkus-oidc + security-commons)
      • Create new properties in the quarkus apps to configure the keycloak connection and expose them to the consoles in the index.html template.
