Update the consoles quarkus apps to use the new _webapps _
Remove the current OIDC integration from the quarkus app and leave the consoles handle the login. (remove mvn deps to quarkus-oidc + security-commons)
Create new properties in the quarkus apps to configure the keycloak connection and expose them to the consoles in the index.html template.
