Modify current SSO strategy to use keycloak-js directly in our KeycloakClient module. SSO should be only enabled in production mode (not when running yarn dev).

KeycloakClient should be able to get the SSO config from the system and do the login and redirection to the console main page. Additionally we may consider having a dedicated error screen to use as a fallback in case keycloak server isn't available.
