After the last VS Code upgrade (v1.56), the "Reopen as diagram" flow is not working properly. If you fix the diagram in the text editor and click on "Reopen as diagram", the editor is not reloaded.

Note: This flow is part of the fork improvements, i.e., this is not present in the current release 0.9.1.
