Major Description
The build time for the Kogito Services is taking too long. Given a scenario with the travel app, the maven build starts only after 4min stuck on:
Caching blobs under "/var/cache/blobs".
Getting image source signatures

Copying blob sha256:57de4da701b511cba33bbdc424757f7f3b408bea741ca714ace265da9b59191a

Also, even having set the Mirror Maven URL, the artifacts download is taking too much time.

A good starting point to troubleshoot this issue is deploying OCP java examples and observe if this behavior happens there also.
