BPMN editor in VS code using OS locale, not VS one

Summary
As you can see in attached screenshot, menus are in english for VS code but some parts of the stunner are translated to spanish (my OS default locale)
It will be nice that Stunner uses VS locale, not OS one

Goals
Make BPMN Designer use locale that is set in VSCode and not OS.

Acceptence criteria
When user sets a locale in VSCode according to VSCode documentation, the locale is used in BPMN Editor too.
