Some fixes and usability improvements for the stunner palette are being requested:

When a double-click in some elements in the flyout-menu in the palette, they sometimes appear behind the flyout-menu

Acceptance Criteria:

1) When double clicking on the Palette, the event will be canceled/consumed.

2) The order of custom tasks is not sorted when building the palette

3) When editing text using the inline editor will show behind Properties panel or Expanded Palette
