    Description

      Probe defaults from KOGITO-4781 are set based on the runtime. This causes issues if users want to set probes that go against the default for the runtime (e.g. TCP socket for Quarkus or HTTP for Spring Boot).

      Since the entire way the probe types are set right now is based on the runtime, this requires an overhaul, and so I did not want to include these changes directly with KOGITO-4781.
