Kogito DMN editor isDirty not set when added only DataTypes

      1. Create a new DMN file in VSCode.
      2. Start adding data types it won't set the editor isDirty as true
      3. Close the file. We loose all the changes made to DMN file. but if saved it saves.

      Fixing this will prevent accidentally loosing changes.
