The test scenario runner should allow the user to specify ANY values similar to the DMN '-' semantics in the table editor.  This will allow a tester to zero in with a particular test case without expressing a lot of unnecessary dummy values in un important columns which are not relevant to the test case.

test data specified as any could default to values such as "" for strings, null for booleans, 0 for numbers, etc.
