For the next week, swiderski.maciej will present a demo at Devoxx and would be great to have KOGITO-470 and KOGITO-476 in the CLI. Although this changes will be available in 0.6.0, we could have more attraction if the CLI don't fail to deploy data index via default parameters:
1. Created a branch v0.5.x to have those commits cherry picked
2. Rebuild the CLI including the missing YAML files for v0.5.0
3. Launch 0.5.1 with the fixes provided by KOGITO-476
4. Fix the data-index image name in the --image args if not provided
5. Fix the version name in the CLI --version output
