It would be very helpful to understand which version of the Kogito Operator was responsible for the deployment and reconciliation of a KogitoRuntime.

The use-case is that this will allow us to track and estimate the size and progress of updates to KogitoRuntime instances within BAaaS as and when we move to newer versions of the Kogito Operator.

This request is merely to add some metadata that allows us to inspect which version of the Operator initially provisioned the KogitoRuntime.

Acceptance Criteria

• Inspecting the metadata of a KogitoRuntime, I can determine which version of the Kogito Operator was responsible for the creation and reconciliation of that instance.
