BDD tests: Don't fail step in case pod is in ErrImagePull state

Sometimes the pods don't start right away, they switch to ErrImagePull state first, after they are respinned they go to running state.
This could be caused by the fact that pod image is not downloaded fast enough.

By removing the pod check for ErrImagePull we increase the reliability of our tests.
