Currently, the JQ package is coming from epel public repository.

To be able to productize it and build using OSBS on Red Hat infrastructure it is necessary to use internal rpm repositories. 

The JQ package is available under the following repos:

• rhocp-4.7-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms
• rhocp-4.6-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms

The hierarchy of the packages we have today is:

• org.kie.kogito.s2i.core
  • org.kie.kogito.persistence
    • org.kie.kogito.kubernetes.client
      • org.kie.kogito.jq
        • org.kie.kogito.epel

This hierarchy needs to be changed to able to override the jq package to not install epel repository.
