Operator Binary build & BDD tests should handle correctly fast jars

Examples were migrated to fast jars which lead to 2 errors:

• Binary build not working with quarkus and setting default springboot due to https://github.com/kiegroup/kogito-cloud-operator/blob/master/cmd/kogito/command/converter/runtimetype_converter.go#L34-L48 and missing runner file (new generated file is `quarkus-app/quarkus-run.jar`)

• BDD tests should be updated to check also for new generated file is `quarkus-app/quarkus-run.jar`
