Generic and tradicional JDBC implementation addon for SQL databases (PostgreSQL first)

Analyse the idea to provide a more generic module based on JDBC that could leverage features from quarkus datasource and springboot jdbc.

The initial target would be to provide the implementation for PostgreSQL but to have a common module or an easy way to extend to other databases.

Important to mention that we need to rely on specific features of the databases like JsonB type from postgresql and queries.
