Cyclic dependency between examples and images make examples testing fail

Examples testing is using Dockerfiles which are using Kogito images (which could be not built at that stage).
The testing of examples directly would need to use another Dockerfile and/or format for testing.

The problem is occurring currently because we have new images and fast-jar but tests on examples are failing because images are not built and deployed yet.
