[DMN Designer] Remove the ability to add imported models

It is not possible to add an imported model to a DMN file using one of the kogito editors. When the "Include" button is clicked an error is logged (not bubbled to User). Put a break-point in IncludedModelModal.include() to ascertain what the issue is.
