kogito-runtimes DMN models

As part of kogito decision services certification (certification of 7.11 product build), QE will run tests mainly in repositories listed below

• kogito-apps
• kogito-runtimes
• kogito-examples

As core DMN concepts are placed in mainly in other repository [drools/kie-dmn|https://github.com/kiegroup/drools/tree/master/kie-dmn,] no comprehensive coverage will be added into three listed repositories.

However, during review of existing models used for tests, these features were identified as missing:

• relation decision expression
• decision table hit policy returning multiple values
• DRDs - no effect for runtime, but good to check parsing is not affected
• Included models - DMN reusing other DMN
