Jobs Service images restructure

    Description

      With added support for PostgreSQL, the jobs service artifacts will be changed.

      It will be offering two variations: jobs-service-infinispan and jobs-service-postgresql.

      Exact artifacts will be provided once KOGITO-4337 is completed.
