This is a follow up for:

This will allow the mirror mechanism in the `oc` command to not only discover the Operator image but also the Operand images. This is a heads-up so that you can get your engineering teams to update the metadata to include this.

We should consider adding the Kogito Images to this spec: s2i, runtime and dataindex so far.
