During the execution of the pipeline the following issue happens thus preventing the pipeline from running successfully:
"Failed to install Operator infinispan-operator.v2.0.6 version 2.0.6. Reason-NoOperatorGroup"
The reason is that the CSV failed to install because it has been deployed in a namespace that does not include an OperatorGroup.
We have to make sure to create the operatorgroup before deploying.
