We need to update 2 parts:

• Quarkus GHAction to test runtimes against their platform
  Quarkus team implemented a way to be able to test our master branch against another branch from quarkus (and not only master)

  We should update that file: https://github.com/kiegroup/kogito-runtimes/blob/master/.github/workflows/quarkus-snapshot.yaml
• Jenkins job that will also run optaplanner/apps/examples against that quarkus branch
