Task Console docker image scripts aren't properly setting up the KOGITO_TASK_CONSOLE_PROPS env variable. It's loading the content of KOGITO_DATA_INDEX_PROPS instead of the docker env KOGITO_TASK_CONSOLE_PROPS.

Same happens with Management Console scripts.
