    Description

      Right now the Kogito operator is installed using YAML files. This approach provides just a limited flexibility since the operator conversion to support cluster wide approach - it doesn't support namespace scoped Kogito operator testing.
      Also OLM approach would allow our BDD tests to closely follow customer use cases.
