[DMN Designer] Data Types tab - The DMN editor freezes when a DMN model has too many data types (4K)

      When a DMN model has too many data types (like the model attached) the editor freezes and the DMN model is never loaded.

      The attached DMN model has 4K data types; with the sub data types it would generate more than 18K data types rows in the data types tab.

      We need to adopt an UX solution to avoid this kind scenario, and have a lazy visualization.
