Promote job: Remove verification step

As anyway, if there is any problem retrieving the url of artifacts, https://github.com/kiegroup/kogito-images/blob/master/scripts/update-maven-artifacts.py will fail.

This was done in the beginning as a verification step in the early stages of the release pipeline. It is not useful anymore
