Description
When lending into Jobs page, users get a empty state page in case there are no Jobs available to list. This should be changed so it is consistent with Process Instances page, when the table headers and controls still there but the content of the table shows a no results found.
This page can also be misleading as no jobs could be available for the default filter but there could be still have other that the user can access using a different filter.
