We want to depend on just the kogito drools rule engine, with a very minimal footprint in dependency size. However, regardless we're getting dmn, pmml, timer, etc in our classpath too.
Ideally, there's a kogito-drools-api that is reused by kogito-api, so we can only depend on kogito-drools-api.
