https://issues.redhat.com/browse/KOGITO-3624 brought support for Grafana dashboard. We should cover this functionality also in BDD tests.

For testing purposes we can only check that the dashboard is loaded by Grafana. There is no easy way to check proper integration between Prometheus and Grafana using REST calls, this was checked manually.

For Grafana check we can leverage /api/search REST API and heck for dashboard name in reply.
