Add a decision service with some decision nodes inside

Save the DMN diagram

Import it into external tool or business central with server side marshaling

The attached pictures comes from three environments:

business central, client site marshaling - nodes are inside a decision service
external tooling, imported file saved on first environment
business central, server side marshaling, imported file from the first environment
