Today we recommend users to clone our repository and then run make install. This is not user friendly, since we can have scenarios where users won't have git installed. Also, it's an unnecessary additional step. Would be way better to just:

kubectl apply -f http://github.com/.../v0.17.0/kogito-operator.yaml

Having all the required resources in one file would immensely help our users to get started with the operator on environments without OLM installed.
