Nightly pipeline: `optaplanner-deploy` should be called with `master` branch hardcoded

When on a release branch, for example 0.17.x, the nightly pipeline will call optaplanner job with the release branch as build branch by default.

But this one does not exist.

Only `master` is accessible for now on optaplanner so we hsould hardcode it.
