travel-agency example not updated to reflect infrastructure change

The travel agency example on https://github.com/kiegroup/kogito-cloud-operator/tree/master/examples/kubernetes/travel-agency still use old approach to spin up Infinispan and Kafka instances. It needs to be updated to reflect changes done in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/KOGITO-3039
