When starting a Quarkus based application using Infinispan persistence, it start normally without attempting to connect to Infinispan. Once the first request comes in, it then throws an exception that it can not connect. Spingboot based app in the other hand will throw an exception immediately. This can be problematic to ensure that the app is properly provisioned.
