To be able to expose internal infra needs of a custom Kogito service, today we serve:

• Protobuf files (/persistence/protobuf)
• Grafana Dashboards (/monitoring/dashboards)
• Topics (/messaging/topics)

Would be nice to have them all been generated on a single endpoint like metadata or infra.

Also the codegen should be cohesive among these generators.
