This ticket is related to the second failure that was fixed in KOGITO-3541.
The problem is that there are some fixed values that are calculated dynamically. These changes were part of KOGITO-2690:

"7 months ago" is a fixed value, but it's calculated dynamically depending to the current date. Indeed, it started failing because the snap test expected "8 months ago". This was fixed in KOGITO-3541, but it requires a final fix which is the objective of this task.
