Enhance compatibility of DMN VS Code Extensions with V7

We should be able to execute the Traffic Violation (extended example) and do the following:

• Create the 'bc' project via maven archetype
• Create the model from scratch on VS Code, import that model on BC (via git), and deploy it on KIE server via BC;
• Open a project from BC on VS Code, do some changing on that model, update the project on BC (via SSH), redeploy and see the changes applied;
