Enhance compatibility of BPMN VS Code Extensions with V7

We should be able to execute the Emergency-Response-Demo demo and do the following

• Create the model from scratch on VS Code, import that model on BC, and deploy it on KIE server via BC;
• Open a project from BC on VS Code, do some changing on that model, update the project on BC (via SSH), redeploy and see the changes applied;
